All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged on orders below ₹499

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this ID to track your order status.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. ZaykaDesi will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged product or your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
