Refund policy

Jamzair is a brand operated by ZaykaDesi.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Important Return Conditions

  • Opened or used tea products are non-returnable due to food safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Opened or used attar, fragrance, perfume oils, and personal care products are non-returnable.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • defective product,
  • leaking bottle,
  • wrong item,
  • or missing item,

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos and order details at zaykadesidelhi@gmail.com.

After verification, we may offer:

  • replacement,
  • store credit,
  • or refund as applicable.

Return Shipping Charges

In case of returns requested due to personal preference, dislike of fragrance/flavour, or accidental ordering, return shipping and reverse pickup charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to our mistake such as wrong product or damaged item, return shipping charges will be fully borne by us.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Order Refusal / RTO (Return to Origin)

If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid or COD order, or if the order is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or failed delivery attempts, the company reserves the right to recover shipping and return handling charges from future orders.

Repeated fake or non-serious orders may lead to restriction of Cash on Delivery services for the customer.
